Second Opinion Consultation

Do you feel overwhelmed and confused about your stubborn pain problem and just need some honest guidance?

Alté View provides clients with the unique opportunity to have a consultation with our pain management specialist, Caesar Cantone, PT, LAc, to discuss the problem that you are dealing with and the strategies to help you move toward recovery.

Are you trying to avoid surgery and explore conservative options?

Caesar is a physical therapist and acupuncturist with over 20 years of experience in the rehab medicine industry, and specializes in fully integrating a comprehensive, holistic approach that analyzes the root problem of his client's painful conditions.  In this way, you will receive an honest and authentic prognosis of your condition from a non-surgical perspective.

Do you have a busy schedule and find it easier to talk over the phone?

Caesar will speak with you over the phone about any concerns that you may be having, and provide guidance and direction about taking the next step.  If you have a treatment provider that you already enjoy working with but would appreciate a separate and confidential second opinion, he will respect your concerns and work with you.

Do you prefer receiving a detailed written report and an immersive in-person session?

Caesar will perform a comprehensive, in-person musculoskeletal evaluation of your painful condition and provide you with a detailed report of his findings.  This report will include a direct and easy to understand summary of your condition from both a Western-medical and Eastern-holistic perspective.  More importantly, you will receive a list of direct recommendations to work on overcoming your painful problems and limitations immediately.

This immersive one time session will include:

  • medical history review, functional life goals and current limitations

  • ergonomic assessment

  • posture analysis involving skeletal and foot alignment

  • core and strength/flexibility testing

  • region specific special testing

  • screening for referred pain due to spinal nerve entrapment
